Refunds

How do I return any unsuitable purchases?

It’s easy - All purchases can be returned for a refund within a 14 day period.

We cannot offer exchanges.

To return an item, just follow these steps:

Firstly email info@skintrade.co.uk outlining which items you wish to return.

You MUST include your order number on all correspondence.

• We will email you back with a returns number
• Write the returns number on the outside of your package (returns will not be accepted without a returns number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging).
• Fill in your returns form and include it in the parcel.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items not received in such condition will not be refunded.

Faulty Items

As an experienced retailer, we know that sometimes things don’t quite work as they should. If you find that any item purchased from us is faulty follow this procedure.

E-mail us at info@skintrade.co.uk outlining the item, its fault and when you purchased it (please include your order number).

We will email you back and give you a returns number if it complies with our refund policy, (see below).

Upon receipt of the item we will issue you a refund.

Faulty Returns Policy

We will happily refund faulty goods including any postage incurred if:

• The item is damaged upon receipt
• The fault is the result of a manufacturing error
• The item has been subject to normal wear and tear
• It is returned within a reasonable period of time
• It is accompanied by an order number
